Nope, that will work fine! The db files hold information about the local moves/renames, but that is all. As long as you get the same drive letter, or you name them the same and use the special [] formatting, it will be fine

Why FFS copies entire source folder again
Occasionally it seems like when I Synchronize FFS folder pair it has to copy the entire folder again. Is there a reason for this?
