Need help with just moving over new files

Hello everyone. I am having trouble moving files from my external to my google drive.

When I move the same folder from the external to the same folder with the same name as google drive, when I mirror it starts deleting images into the trash can. I only want new files to be migrated and skip over any with the same name, I tried with many apps to no avail.
