I have two folders in different pc to synchronize.
I would like to know is FFS is able to sync when a file is moved or deleted from one of the folders without problem.
Is able to detect theses changes ? Or simple synchronize attending to the actual and present files and folders ?
Best Regards

Versioning does not seem to have anything to do with what you describe.
If you run a sync, FreeFileSync (FFS) compares the content of the two locations you intend to sync, normally based on the date and size of given files. However, in distinct cases FFS can also detect moved files: see here in the manual and here in the forum.
The content of the help-file FreeFileSync.chm that comes with FreeFileSync is essentially identical to the on-line Manual https://freefilesync.org/manual.php. No PDF version.

Until moment the program works like a charm. Detect moved or deleted folders with a database controlling everything.
