Actually I would like the collapse / expand option as well as a checkbox to disable the foldr / file but not remove it from the list as there is no way to restore it to the list that I've found.

It's currently not a tree view, xCSxXenon, it's a list view. The tree view would have the the little + signs to be able to expand or collapse a branch to show or not show the files in a folder, in this case. It would be very helpful if one wants to exclude the synchronizing of an entire folder ...
