RealTimeSync at Startup
I see that by design, when RTS starts up or a drive is inserted, it runs the command line specified. Is there a way to bypass this initial run? I just want RTS to execute the command line if a file has truly changed. Can you help?

Just put your FFS command in a batch command (.Cmd) wrapper and run a message command before FFS to do this.

No a mirror is just what it says, it will make a mirror copy of the left to the right which will possibly delete some files on the right. what does it say on your sychronize button? mirror, 2-way etc.

Re: Recycle Bin!!
It's telling you that you are trying to sync 2 folders one of them being remote. If during that process there are files that need to be deleted on the remote folder they will just be deleted because the recycle bin isn't available for remote folders. Is it a mirror sync?

Re: only copy once
I believe you need to write a batch file program to do this. FFS is intended to keep 2 directories in sync. What you are looking to do is copy files based on date and then delete them once processed. That would be better suited for a batch copy using robocopy and then once processed to be deleted by ...

You click compare and see differences on both sides. you then click sync and both sides should be blank when the sync is complete. If that's the case then you're in sync.

Changing it to a click would not be logical as this isn't a scheduling feature but a batch job that can be run from the command Line or through an external scheduler.

Scheduling is not built into FFS. If you want to schedule a Sync just create the command line execution and schedule it in the windows task scheduler. "Lazy" and "Dummy" is no way to go through life. ;)
