What is drive-z linked to?

When you press "Compare" it should scan Drive D: and Z: and show a list of all of your files on the left D: and an empty directory on the right Z:.

FFS won't connect to nextcloud for you you need a third party Cloud mounting program. Here is a free program that can mount y editor in preview our next cloud to a drive letter that can be used by free file sync:

Most people only have one account. It's completely FREE if you have one account of each type. I've already added two different clouds.

I was able to use FFS to synchronize files between Mega and Microsoft just fine. So don't say you can't sync.

I have not actually used these, except for Mega for 1 quick test.
I cannot speak to the performance. You will need to try and see if it works well enough for you.

For pcloud , I normally use the real pcloud windows and Linux clients. On Windows it will create a P: drive by default so you can synchronize anything you want to your P: Drive.

For Mega and or pcloud you can use rclone to do nothing other than mount a drive or folder to Mega.

Are you using Windows Pro and logging in to AD?

The only thing I can suggest is to try testing any other sync program to see if the problem follows to the other app. Windows has a simple command line app that can mirror source and destination directories.

I'm guessing that you will need to sync from/to places that are both AD file systems. Even then, I'm not sure if it works.

Are the source and destination both AD?

I installed the f-droid primitive sftp server and it set the date of each file to today's date, just like it did for you. It's the apps fault.

Another solution is to use one of the available utilities that are capable of mapping a drive to different server types and I know one that supports FTPS.

This way you can use free file sync going through the connector. Search for open source program that can connect to many Cloud servers.

Follow this picture and you'll have FTPS.
