I don't know which OS you (Antonio.A) are on, but on Windows that Browse window only shows folders, and the two buttons at the bottom are "Select Folder" and "Cancel".

Change your Include Filter from the default * (=everything) into just the file you want to copy.
The simplest way to achieve this in a correct way is by running (just) a Compare , then select and right-click that specific file and via the context menu Include that file.

Unfortunately the FFS In- and Exclude Filter does not support self defined ranges, like you could do with e.g. a regular expression.
But, you only need to create 13 entries, the [n-z] range.
For your first sync (the [0-9] and [a-m] range) you create the [n-z] range entries in the Ex clude Filter ...
