Thank you!!!

Ignoring a +-1h time shift means that file modification times that are off by exactly one hour are treated the same, and only those. The primary use of this option is to handle [UR…

The ony free tool that I have good experience with is Testdisk + PhotoRec from CGsecurity.

Ok, following your advice, I succeeded in silencing it and making it automatically close the progress window. Is there a way to prevent its opening while starting up?

Thanks Plerry for your answer. However this starts to sound to technical to be an easy and stable solution. If we need to begin doing handwork here and there to be able to use the …

Thanks will give it a try.

Deleting the old file before coping over the new file is a step in the overwrite algorithm. Instead of "deleting file" FFS could be set up to use versioning, in which case it's hel…

I think I've seen this issue once in a while on Ubuntu, but right now I'm not able to reproduce it.

[Quote] I totally in agreement, tree view will be a better way to immediatly point out the differences. After that, I think that FreeFile Sync has no revals!

Can you explain how that would differ from what FFS shows now? From my perspective, FFS only detects changed files. What it "shows" are the files it believes are changed and should…
