Oh nuts! All that for an empty dump file! OK, I'll install a later version and we'll see what happens. All in all, these dump files are very rare and I like how the application wor…

What poopy software that changes is by a byte or so lol It must be "opening" it and closing it with a tiny difference. If they are never modified, I would second Plerry's suggestio…

lol Yeah I swear DropBox causes issues on any computer we work on that has it

Sure, change the include filter from '*' to the file name

The FFS donation version will only install if the *.key-file is present. Assuming your donation version works, you don't need to do anything extra.

Thank you! That's exactly what I needed to know.

What are your filter settings?

Although they may look like a period, they very well could have an "invalid" encoding. If you take one of those files, erase the period, add a period back, will it sync?

Yeah this sounds like the OS upgrade either failed to migrate the "AppData" or there may have been a permissions issue that reinstallation fixed

Thanks for the quick reply. It seems to be working.

I'll watch this the next time I do a backup and 1) make sure there is only 1 copy running and 2) check the setting mentioned in the other thread. Thanks for the pointer to the othe…
